The latest theories of learning show that we absorb information at our best when all our senses are engaged together for short periods of time. Virtual reality allows us to replace guests’ sense of sight and location with a welcoming environment, where the flavors and aromas of the wines being tasted are presented in front of their eyes. Being immersed in VR while tasting wine, we combine all our senses, as well as active listening, memory recall tasks, and of course, fun. It’s a memorable experience that can be revisited over and again.
